Starting out new to real estate after working in the medical field for 10+ years, I needed some guidance. I was a new REALTOR, my own boss and wasn’t sure where to go. I was grateful that coaching was readily available. I met Colin and he took my already enthusiastic and positive personality and coached me in a way that worked with my personality, my life experiences and skill set. Each coaching session builds on the previous and helps me reach the goals I have set out for myself. PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT
The Personality Assessment is a comprehensive, complementary assessment exploring 7 key behavioural traits and 4 thinking traits. With this assessment, you will not only look at how a person acts but also how a person processes ideas and thoughts. We know this assessment will be a huge asset to you and your business.
Once you complete the request, an assessment link will be emailed to you, and when the results come in (within 1 business day) you will be contacted by one of our coaches to validate it with you.

Why Discovery
This program connects you to your purpose. Once your purpose, cause or belief is articulated, the direction of your journey becomes very clear, decisions in your life start to be made that are in alignment with who you are to at the core. We use the concept Simon Sinek popularized “The Golden Circle”.
Business Planning
In this program we create a complete business plan and strategy for the year, and checkpoints along the way.
We develop a detailed plan on each aspect of the business and create a day to day routine so that it will be easy to follow.
Hiring Top Talent
In this program you will learn how to hire talent for the role you are looking for and create effective activities for the growth of your business and a clear direction for your people. There are certain personality traits required to operate at a high level in different roles within our business.
I would like to give a little shout out today to one of my favorite people!! They say to practice gratitude daily and today I am grateful for Colin coming into my life!
Just over a year ago, I felt very unclear on things that I wanted and my purpose in life. I think it's safe to say that many can relate to this feeling. I knew some changes needed to happen yet I didn’t know where to start. Our office in NB had recently hired a Coach and I was suggested to give him a call. I had a phone conversation with Colin and met him the following week. After speaking with him, I decided to just go for it and hired him as my coach.
I will always remember during our first month of coaching how his focus was not solely on my business and my numbers but as to what I wanted to be doing in life and what was important to me! After all, if we’re not enjoying ourselves, doing the things we love and surrounding ourselves with the right people, what does it matter if you make all the sales or all the $$ ?!
Within a month of coaching, I had booked a trip to Bali. Travel had always been high on my list of things I wanted to do more of. He helped me with new approaches with my business. And he helped me realize that I needed to change my environment to grow further and encouraged me to take on some new opportunities that I would have lacked the confidence to do so a year prior. Most of all, he challenged me into realizing how much more potential I had to give to this world and how much more I wanted out of my life. In the last year, not only has he helped me grow as an individual and become more clear of my purpose in life, a wonderful friendship came of it and I am forever grateful!
I know I was a big pain in the butt as a client at times but you know what they say; challenges help you grow!!! Thanks for putting up with me! lol. If you have ever considered getting a coach to help you with your life goals, I highly recommend you reach out to this guy!!!
